Ensure keys are available to licensed member REALTORS® who may be interested in viewing the property for prospective clients, and for showing the property to prospective clients.

14 Schedule Showings and Provide Buyer Agent Feedback Reports

Schedule home showings through Centralized Showing Services (CSS), which is open 8 am to 8 pm Monday through Friday and 9 am to 6 pm on weekends. Each buyer’s agent will be called or emailed for feedback after your house is shown. Aldo will provide a report of buyer agent feedback on their observations on your property.

15 Be available for you at all times

Be available to discuss any questions you may have. Whenever I am out of town, I will arrange for a seasoned colleague (Laura Christensen) to be available to assist you in my place.

16 Monitor the Market

Carefully monitor the market for homes similar to yours and every 2 weeks, provide an updated analysis of new similar listings and those similar properties which have sold to ensure your home remains competitively positioned.

17 Bring Buyers through Open Houses and Internet Marketing

Engage neighbors and interested buyers with one or more open houses. Expose a steady pool of buyers to your home and neighborhood through our internet marketing programs.

18 Buyer Qualification

Help arrange financing for prospective purchasers.

Apply my negotiating skills and market knowledge to negotiate the best possible price and contract terms for you.

20 Smooth Closing

Track all details of the transaction to ensure that the closing is as smooth as possible. Review the HUD-1 and address any incorrect amounts to the title company if a correction is needed.  Attend the closing with you or facilitate completion of signatures in a timely manner if you are not able to be present at the settlement table.
